At Elite Processing Legal Services, LLC, we are experienced law clerks and paralegals with over 16 years of expertise in various areas of law throughout California. Our team has worked alongside attorneys in fields ranging from family law and civil law, to tax litigation, gaining invaluable insight into the legal system. Our founder attended law school for a full year before realizing that the justice system often has little to do with true justice. After working for multiple attorneys and witnessing firsthand the challenges clients face, she was inspired to create a service that prioritizes efficiency, accessibility, and integrity. 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The LDA agrees to provide the Client with self-help legal document preparation services as permitted under California law. The LDA is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, represent the Client in court, or select legal forms for the Client. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the choices made regarding their legal documents.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the LDA for services rendered based on the agreed-upon rate of $150.00 an hour. Client is responsible for all filing fees and/or process serving and/or court runner fees. Additional fees may apply for rush services or modifications after completion. Payment is due before work will begin. There is a 4% Square processing fee on all payments made with a credit and/or debit card and NOT on this website. To avoid fees, clients may pay in cash. We accept paypal payment with a 4% processing fee and/or Paypal Pay later as well as Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Affirm. Cash payments are accepted by appointment only in person.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY
The LDA agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and documents. No information will be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s written consent, except as required by law.

4. NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION OR ADVICE
The Client acknowledges that the LDA is not an attorney and has not provided legal advice or representation. The Client is encouraged to seek legal advice from a licensed attorney if needed.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The LDA is not liable for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The LDA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the documents prepared, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. The Client remains responsible for any fees due for services provided up to the termination date.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
By signing up for services you will need to sign this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
